Alice failed to greet us at the check in desk, nor did she offer a smile or any form of positive customer service. First impressions count and unfortunately she set a negative feel to the stay. The negativity lasted and left a bitter taste in our mouths. We asked why our room was changed from a king size to two twins.... read full comment

It was a wonderful exoerience. They were very welcoming and even helped me keep my bag when I checked out while I went to get something in town. Lovely. The location is a bit hard to find though. But apart from that, okay.Rooms: Lovely
