Tables left uncleared, had to ask for a cloth to clean table (with hot water no spray). Had a full English, which came and looked lovely. But when I started to eat it was absolutely SWIMMING in oil. Tried to use the serviettes to mop the oil up but they're not absorbable, asked for a fresh plate and transferred food over... read full comment
