Awful - HOLD, Silly AI voice assistants then eventually through to a human being. Security so tight that its impossible to pass - so then you have to go into one of their stores.

Always very helpful. My only recent thing that didn't work was not the fault of Metro staff but I requested a Switch from another bank. The other bank does not like customers leaving and is not customer,-centred like Metro. That That
