Please can I suggest that your store should not take orders that are beyond reasonable control! Been asked to pull for too long in order to get our orders is terrifically out of customers service charters. You can do better than this !

Sat waiting for an order for an hour after being asked to pull up as it was being prepared, asked the lad doing the park ups where our order was there was no response after he told us he’d check. Then went inside to find no recollection of our order, staff member made it then and it was all wrong, when requested a refund... read full comment
