I tried to return a item I purchased online only to be humiliated by the staff/manager. I have requested a reciept to prove that I have in fact returned the item (proofing precautions) but was told in a rude way that we don't do that anymore. 8 days later I get half the refund and the other half was to be sent by cheque... read full comment
