Been with this atrocious bank for years and when I applied for a credit card they refused my application because of a mistake made. To say I was displeased is an under statement.

Zero customer service. refused me a service and refused to give me any alternative solution. I spoke to Lloyds customer service who told me I was in the right and the branch were wrong for what they did. Very useful for quickly cashing in money to the bank. Shame that it's shutting down. It's really helpful!
