I stood by the counter by myself, there was no queue but I was left unattended too even after someone had brought the prescription for the only person I met sitting down

Actually got a nice experience today. I got referred by my GP to see someone there. Called in the morning and didn't go through but someone called me back to arrange an appointment on the same day. When I was there it was really busy but there were lots of staff attending to everyone in a friendly way. Then a pharmacist... read full comment
