The food was absolutely fine, no complaints there. But when I tried to order via the QR code, it was absolutely terrible. When I selected to pay via Google pay, it would "send me an email" which I'm still waiting for 5 hours later. Terrible system that need changing, and yes I already checked my spam folder

Very disappointing service. For a business with such a long history, they clearly don’t care about their customers. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive, the girl at the till wearing a mask was very unhelpful and unprofessional,Won’t be returning.
