    It is now the ONLY HSBC branch in Manchester with counter service ; it is not accessible by car . . . even if it was there would be nowhere to park ! For me the way to get there with least walking (as I use crutches) requires me to drive to the nearest tram stop with free parking, walk from the car park to the steps... read full comment

    I have used this branch a number of times, and for personal banking the staff have generally been pretty good. However, I am giving three stars overall because the business banking service wait times are just way too long - I regularly have to wait over 30 minutes just to pay in a small amount of cash/cheques.
