Ellen is such a star! Very happy with my experience today in store. She welcomed me into the store with her very friendly and bubbly personality and helped me exchange a jacket I’ve purchased weeks ago. Store managers and clerks from Liverpool should learn from her how to treat customers!

Visited today with my daughter and Ellie (I think that's her name) did an amazing job. She was very bubbly and helpful and assisted my daughter as she's very indecisive and wanted a second opinion.
