First time I called in they said they are interested in buying instruments of higher end (between £3000-£5000)But need to discuss the details with the strings department which is available only in Saturday, Monday and Tuesday.So called again and made sure that everything is clear and they have everything they need.Unfortunately... read full comment

Absolutely blown away by the knowledge and customer service from the staff here (particularly the long haired guy sorry I didn’t catch his name) but he answered all my questions in awesome detail and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for. The product selection is great too
