Often the staff are not able to perform any actual banking functions. They redirect you to a phone line or you have to make an appointment in two weeks,when there is someone who knows what they are doing is going to be there . They close at 3 so not great flexibility if you are working .Why not have people trained in branch... read full comment

Made an Appointment with staff regarding a savings account. Very pleased with the information by Toni (advisor) who guided us through all the options clearly and concisely, she was both very knowledgeable, and took time to explain our options perfectly. Very pleased with the Prestwich branch.
