Lack of transparency when it comes to pricing and very 'pushy' staff.There was no price tag anywhere so it was difficult to understand the price of anything.The staff was really pushy when they tried to sell me 'the thinnest and best lens' for over 400 quid. It was a struggle to get the information regarding the pricing...

The appearance of the receptionist is not great for someone serving the public, she could have brushed her hair. Otherwise, the service is good & my eye examination was thorough. I came away with some very nice glasses as well.

I saw Mr Rahman this morning for a routine eye test plus an OCT scan and can honestly say it is one of the best opticians experiences I've had. The receptionist is lovely and very helpful. The premises are clean and professional. Mr Rahman was very informative and friendly. Just a fantastic service from start to finish.
