The person at the counter doesn’t deserve to be there (he has no customer service skills). I went there to return an item I had bought off the Amazon website; didn't really understand the process and asked a few questions about a card he had given me as proof that they had received a parcel from me to be returned via Hermes. On the rear of the card it had spaces for the date & #of parcels that had been left blank.... read full comment
