Interesting that all the 5* reviews are from employees. I opened an account and received my card. The first payment into the account meant they blocked it - and asked me to then provide loads of further information, and documents, which I did. Customer service is shocking, they have stopped my access to my banking app and card and my wages get paid into this account and I have been waiting for nearly 48hours without a reply from customer service and left me without money for food gas and electric. There is no contact number to speak to anyone so this company... read full comment
