Went into dreams to order a bed for our new house. We were greeted by a lovely staff member and spoken through the process, we ordered a bed on that day. Then the delivery got changed 3 times and when I rang customer services to see if we could get an early date the women was really rude and told me it wasn’t her problem.... read full comment

Went to see if the Manchester store happened to have any Feather&Black beds. They don’t, but we were shown Harrison Spinks products which are of a similar price point/quality.
