    Excellent experience at DFS. All staff were very friendly and approachable and was there if you needed any help. The store was well presented and clean. We brought our sofa with Faruk. He was amazing. He looked after us throughout the whole experience. He offered us a drink and gave us time to think about our decision.... read full comment

    My word what a SHOCK !!! ,, I’ve bought every Sofa I’ve ever owned from DFS and whilst I’ve had slight problems with their after sales in the past I’ve always been happy.Despite finding something I liked ,, I was unable to stimulate an assistant into helping me and I’m certainly not going to part with the best... read full comment

    Bought 2 reclining sofa's and a reclining chair ,went to plug the sofa in and the cable totally damaged could have caused a house fire or someone to be electrocuted I'd advise everyone to check the cables .
