They told me they don’t accept coins, which I think is unacceptable in terms of their everyday banking service

The guy at the till just didn’t want to talk to his customers, he didn’t wave or call for next. I have to walk to him while he’s playing with his phone or something. Then I have to call him twice to get his attention.

Is not open until 11 as advertised. Turned up around 10pm and was refused entry by a man that was cleaning the shop floor. Amend your opening times.
