My son ordered me a matching kettle and toaster 2 weeks ago to collect today as it wasn't in stock (paid for on the day we visited the store). My son went to collect the items today to be told they only had the toaster, and we had to travel to Stockport from Salford to collect the kettle. Some of the staff are useless, unhelpful, and incompetent.Where has the customer service gone that you use receive? You purchase an item online, receive a pickup date, arrive in the shop, but the staff member who supposed to help you turns out to be useless.
