Absolutely the worse Costa ever! Apparently this is a franchise run by a company called Fieldrose.It's regularly understaffed so they have to serve drinks in disposable cups as there aren't any staff to wash up, service is so slow and often queues to the door.Orders aren't served in order and you'll sometimes wait ever... read full comment
