    I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine.     Middle-aged bald cashier yelled at my friend who was trying to buy something! His nametag said Gary. We were trying to get some snacks in a group of 5, with 2 purchasing items.
