Customer service is ridiculous. Been trying to call all day but nobody answers. Went in store to pick up my phone that had been sent for repair, after 30 minutes of waiting I was told that they could not find it and I should return 😤

Was told my phone would arrive next day Saturday delivery, turns out the sales associate didn't tell me that they don't do weekend delivery and had me waiting around all weekend for my phone, I had arrangements to travel to different cities which had to be cancelled last minute because of this, I rang up the insurers and... read full comment
