Went in and said I wanted to buy a new phone. Waited around 15minutes. Had obviously been forgotten about. Someone else asked if they could help, to which they basically said the phone wasn’t in stock but I could look online. Didn’t have a discussion or ask about other phones etc. No customer service here.
