Dispensed petrol, paid inside and the cashier said thank you . Didn't get wet, need the toilet or adblue so all good.

Staff are rude, totally unwilling to listen and help. Didn't want petrol, wanted something from the shop but refused to serve as he said they were closed for 30 minutes but the door was open and I could walk in. Won't be back, there's another petrol station down the road.

Just been in and tried to add air to my tyres, paid my pound and lost air as there's a hole in the hose. It's only a pound but figured I'd let the attendant know. Only to be looked at like I'm a scrout on a con. I didn't even ask for a refund, just let him know there was a hole in the hose and to put up an out of order... read full comment
