What is the point of a bank when you cannot even pay a cheque in anymore ? Just make you go back outside and stand in the rain to do it myself at the ATM ?May as well close them all down if it's now self service as just waste people's time walking there to assume it would do basic banking services just to be turned awayAlso... read full comment

This isn't a bank branch in the traditional sense. It's a completely different beast, more like tech support than anything. Staff are lovely and a great help. However, it's definitely aimed more at people who are comfortable with a new and different way of doing things. No cash services at all.
