Can’t wait to change my bank hopefully next year. I am highly disappointed with Barclays Bank. Some staff here are rude. They need to attend a customer service course.
Today, this woman with a head scarf was patronising me, stood next to me whilst I was depositing cash in the machine, telling me what to do. Excuse me? Did I ask for your assistance? No I didn't. Don't treat me like an idiot who doesn't know... read full comment
