Very frustrating that they only have 2 self service tills that take cash, also seeing as in poorer areas more people tend to pay with cash. I often go in and am forced to queue to pay cash while half a dozen or more self service card tills are empty. Very annoying and very foolish. Staff are lovely and it's usually well stocked but please tell your bakers to make sure stuff is baked through! It's the third time I've bought pastries/donuts and they've not been cooked properly.Made me ill the first time because I didn't notice!

Excellent security people there I went today with my 4 year old daughter who is autistic and while in there she had a melt down kept running off screaming and crying could see that I was struggling etc couldn’t of been more greatful for the help off the security guy there not once did he hesitate not to help me so yeah... read full comment
