Rude and horrible staff also the guard followed me right on my back I swear made me feel like a dirty shoplifter with no need to make me feel like I was being bullied I ran out of the store in tears .

They lie and say they don’t redeem PayPoint vouchers or that they don’t have enough cash. This isn’t the first time they’ve lied, one of the women once told me I needed ID to redeem an emergency cash voucher which turned out not to be true at all.
