Disgustingly poor service. No use of phone since 3 weeks ago! Took money but did not put on bundle! Not able to make a simple call or text or anything.....3 weeks and still counting. No apology, no care, no resolving. Just constant LIES and INCOMPETENCE. They're a big massive joke. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I order a SIM online they took my money but never sent the SIM. Horrible customer service.

I took out mobile phone provision with Asda on a SIM only basis in December 21. I found I was unable to make calls so contacted Asda. I were told I had "zero balance".I needed to top it up and chose a £10 bundle. This is because their system had put the bundle on the wrong SIM.
