Happy to take payment for a prescription they know they can’t fill. Happy to make you wait just to be told it’s still not stocked but less than happy to refund you “because they are too busy today” hint, you’re too busy because you’re too slow. I'm aware that sometimes you can be kept waiting a little while as it is a busy pharmacy and often there are not many people to serve customers. I have only ever been in to collect a prescription and never had an issue with this. When I call up, the phone is answered quickly and my queries have been dealt with easily.

I’ve never been to a worse organised pharmacy. They don’t speak to you and hide in the back. everyone there is rude and completely unprofessional. They refuse to be even a bit accommodating.
