Pressured into buying things, pestered by the same member of staff 4 times in 6 minutes during my visit. Then escorted to the till. Felt awful. Never returning again. Didn’t even get anything I went in for.

9:45pm on a Monday. Me and the partner was refused entry by a member of staff on the door who said we are now closed. I queried the time and was told due to staff shortages and health and safety they can’t allow anyone else in the store. Never heard anything as stupid. Wouldn’t shop here again.

They close the shop 10 minutes before closing. Absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to be done. Manager needs sacking rude and arrogant.
