Main issue is that they never answer the phone! Not good when you want to check if meds are there so you don’t have to make a wasted journey!

Phone is either engaged or never answered. The only time you are notified your prescription is being delivered is, on the rare occasion, by text on the day of delivery leaving no time to reschedule if you are not in!! Hopeless service.

yes they do ignore the phone but they are not slow.ive been there before to pick up a prescription, had to go to my gp first and in the 5-10 minutes i was there the queue went from out the door to 1 person.i am here no less than twice a month.they cant just grab your prescription and go unless its been put through fully... read full comment
