Tables were dirty ,, really dirty with just one member of staff which explains a lot - had to pretty much explain my order over and over and it still wasn’t right ,, strong Cappuccino was like baby Milk and I asked for a replacement that was exactly the same - typical revenge for complaining was £12 in £1 pound coins... read full comment
