I ordered wrong sink last week took out box threw it away and thought I had no chance of a refund rang and spoke to them and they took it back full refund very impressed with customer service just had to wrap up to protect it took back and refund sorted fair play Screwfix just have to get comfy on the couch now for a few... read full comment

I went to this Screwfix and there was a lady there I think her name was Terry she was so rude so I went to Toolstation next door where I received great customer service and the products needed
