We visited here as we got completely gridlocked in Tesco’s car park so abandoned the car to get some food instead.
First of all, they forgot my son’s glass of milk, which he wasn’t thrilled about. We had to wait until the food arrived to ask if they could get it for him.
A typical, reliable Wetherspoons. Great prices, simple "pub grub" and usually a good selection of well kept beers, HOWEVER on a recent visit ( 1/8/24) there were 40% of the hand pumps out of action!! The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee.
