Losing parcels, tracking says is on hold there from 8 February, until now they say we don't have it. And i was there personally already 4-5 times. Pharmacy send me replacement parcel but this time to different address to Manchester cos i don't trust this branch anymore

Ridiculous opening hours.

I received a card saying an item had insufficient postage paid & I needed to pay £5...did this & item was scheduled to be delivered 2 days later....4 days later, absolutely no sign of it. Can't get in touch with anyone & opening hours are so short as to be useless!
