I changed my nominated pharmacy to Boots after constant changes in the brand of my prescription at two different pharmacies. Boots use their own brand so there should be some consistency. Waited with my 79 year old mum yesterday while she went for my dads prescription. Never seen staff so rude , barely looked up from what they were doing , very sharp and rude how they spoke to her , also spoke to another elderly lady like she was stupid!!! This is quite a small Boots store, but the benefit of this one is they have more time to talk to customers- and when it comes to prescriptions and how older people need a bit more reassurance then this is a good place to be.
