The asian guy provided a good service, not sure what was wrong with the other one. He looked very upset and was giving hard time to my brother while he was deciding on the salad options and sauces. Very unapprochable, rude, and unfriendly attitude

Staples were used to close the bag, I accidentally pricked my thumb while trying to open it. They didn't use boxes for the subs and put them next to the drinks, meaning they were loosely wrapped and sauce seeped out onto everything while they were being made soggy by the condensation from the bottles. Wood inside the food and have done no due diligence just say they don't use wood in store what about your suppliers? Absolutely appalling the way this complaint got dealt with. Passed onto environmental health.
