I came in this morning to bring some items. The lady is the store was very abrupt and rude. I won't go there again to donate.

Walked to counter to buy a £1.60 barbiedoll with a £20 note. Anyone would of thought id ask this old boot for her right arm. Apparently its far to much trouble to change a £20 note for a £1.60 item.
