Extremely rude staff lacked basic courtesy and kindness towards customers. Even if it means traveling further to another post office I won’t go there again although it’s in walking distance!

I would never use this Post office again my GRAN was posting a parcelit weighed 1.6kg and she required tracking number they charged her £12.25 telling her that's cost of tracking. He sent SPECIAL DELIVERY she didn't ask for it should have been no more than £6.00 maximum and is being generous. DISGUSTING
