Really poor service. Paid in a HMRC cheque (tax rebate) into my santander account. This they had lost as my bank stated they had not received it! The post office fobbed me off when i complained stating 'we have never lost a cheque' DONT PAY ANY CHEQUES INTO YOUR ACCOUNT USING THIS POST OFFICE
