The staff are really good and helpful never stop and are very busy they answer the phone straight away, but sorry to say this but the floor needs cleaning

Had two prescriptions active. Asked to cancel one and they cancelled the wrong one by accident. Had to pay for two prescriptions and was told they can't switch it after lady on the phone told me I could prior to bringing it back. Worst pharmacy in the UK.Also took them 1 week to order it in.
