Worst place for for customer care. Make sure you don't need to return or exchange anything [check their policy first) as even with a receipt they don't refund. Unopened items can't be exchanged, eg games- it's a rip off considering how much you end up spending. I would recommend you go to Argos or Curries instead. This...

Horrible customer service and not even exchange broken stuff if you have showing on your banking that u been there 2 weeks ago. If i were you I would've go there ever, just waste of time and space.
