The staff at his store are absolutely useless and unhelpful. It took 3 members of staff today on the front tolls to help a lady with a query whilst I waited patiently for a click and collect order. Awful service today at the pharmacy. I went to collect a prescription at 9am but couldn’t have it as there wasn’t a pharmacist on the premises. I was told to come back at 12. Still not ready. I finally got it at 4pm! We’re told to go to our pharmacies to relieve pressure off our GP. OK then.
