What can I say, I went to another Argos store rang up Argos customer service and head office and they couldn’t sort it - then that’s when I visited the Argos in Cheadle and got served by the Lovely Dora who sorted my problem out within 15 minutes and I left the shop with a smile made my only day off work a little bit... read full comment

Excellent customer service given by Melanie at this branch on the phone and in person when trying to sort out issues with me not receiving my online receipt and exchange of an item for another.More Melanie's needed in all companies in the uk to get things done .. thank you ?
