Very bad service, staff don’t care about queue system.. made customer wait and serve other customers first. Staff made me wait 25 mins for 4 burgers and chips order and priorities other customers who came later then me. When I asked why he has not followed queue he was bit rude. Staff are lovely and proper chatty. One of the best chicken shops in Manchester. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!
