    Not a good experience. Went to collect a prescription on the day and time instructed and after 10+ mins of looking for it was told that they didn't have my prescription.     15/1/24...The delivery service used to be excellent. Helpful and obliging.It seems to have failed these last two months. They seem not to know when deliveries are out, or returned when the occupier is not there to receive the items. Or not collected. The tracking system seems broken. Not satisfactory at all.
