Overall, our stay was good, and the main reception staff were helpful. However, our low review rating is due to the poor service we received in the breakfast area from a waiter named Mariesa. It felt like we didn’t exist to her—she ignored us and spoke to us rudely.

The eatery is losing customers... I was deeply disappointed with last night's dining experience.
