Staff at the checkouts are ok but should be improved in other areas of the store

ordered groceries and i had ordered a quantity of 7 of an item yet none turned up, called store and they can not confirm if they had it in stock or not yet offer no help or alternative, lady got so rude at the end and hung up the phone. beforehand could hear the colleagues laugh at the situation before passing it off to... read full comment
