A good store offering a trade card with a good discount but if you want to get the tradesmen in remove those stupid bollards from your entrance so they can actually drive their vans in whoever came up with that idea needs to go

So where do I start, went in for a door handle asked for a receipt didn't get one, told he couldn't print one so i told him I need it to get it reimbursed, tries to then fob me off with a hand written one I need the original!!!
